We will consistently support the process of organizational culture reform that matches your company's current situation in order to create an attractive organizational climate where employees can truly feel a sense of purpose.

1. Target Customers: We are envisioning business owners who are facing the following concerns: "In such a rapidly changing business environment, we must create an attractive workplace where employees truly feel a sense of purpose in order to survive. What kind of organizational culture should we build?" "I want to create an organizational culture where talent can work vibrantly, but I'm not sure how to proceed. I would like consistent support for a process of organizational culture reform that matches the current state of my company." 2. Service Content: We will conduct awareness surveys and diagnostics related to the workplace environment, plan and manage employee training necessary for organizational culture reform, and provide advice and guidance on the transformation process. 3. Duration: Minimum of 6 months 4. Fees: Subscription model at 300,000 yen per month. However, if the number of interviewees for the employee awareness survey regarding the workplace environment exceeds 30, we kindly ask for an additional fee of 10,000 yen for each additional person.
